1 cup of long grain white rice cooked without salt is 205 calories, according to the internet.
also its super easy to fry vegetables.
literally heat up a pan with a smidge of olive oil, cut whatever vegetables you want to size, toss them in the pan when you finish. do that thing where you slide the pan and flip the veggies a few times. then youre done. all told it takes like ten minutes. and you can make a whole bunch of meals at once. even more if you add it to rice/chicken with egg for fried rice. you could easily do a whole weeks worth of meals (cook and store the rice separately) in like half an hour. but you dont even have to do rice.

and yes you should work out. your skinnyfat af. look at them titties. do a basic body weight routine, but dont go hard.
push up, squat, calf raises, leg lifts, dips, sip ups, overhead push ups, shrugs with a chair, then do an elevated bench press with the chair.
if you have weights then do the above exercises with the weights and also you can do shit like dumbbell flies and shit.
during your rests do unweighted shoulder exercises high steps to keep your heart rate up.
run on your off days (or every day if you want to go hard) one set of 10 reps each should be more than enough for you.
you can do this at home in your room too. do it mwf, or less.

if you can reasonably get out i highly recommend it. the woods are often cooler because the sun has to filter through the canopy plus you get that nice breeze. on top of that its just relaxing to be somewhere alone with nice atmosphere and no hustle and bustle. even better if you can toss some atmospheric tunes on. bring a camera and get into photography, or bring a book and just read in the shade, or bring a sketchbook and sketch some flowers. just bring some shit and do some shit and hang out. if you live in an old area (my town is older than the country its in) there will probably be fire roads that lead to the lakes, these are prime for exploration and you can find some nice little areas at the ends of almost all of them.

forgot to add that if you have a pull up bar or something do some chin ups AND pull ups. that will help with biceps triceps and shoulders plus bitches love pull ups. (chin ups are with hands facing in, pullups are with hands facing out) these arent necessary but its an amazing feeling and really a good indicator of progress to go from not being able to do any pullups to finally doing your first pullup then doing two, then three.
and i dont know if you need to be told but ill elaborate on the running. to keep youre overall mass down and burn more calories you want to focus on running. start easy so you dont hurt yourself but you want to focus on distance rather than speed. if you apply yourself and are disciplined youll be able to see some decent progress before school is out for the summer

I've been pretty sick these last two months (stomach ulcer, gastritis) and I've been using this opportunity to lose weight, seeing that eating has become an absolute chore/pain. I started off at 280 and after about a month and a half I'm at 240 (6'4" btw). Now that I've graduated from obese to just over weight, i don't have plans of slowing down, but am i doing this too fast? On average, I'm losing about 5-10 pounds a week. was arond 125 three weeks ago. gained 20 lbs this last year. finally started caring cuz i no longer had my flat stomach sucked in cheeks and my chest was starting to get a little fat.

currently down to 113 lbs three weeks later. switched back to my vegan diet. this includes fruits vegetables and a lot of vegetarian indian italian and thai dishes i make. aldo have soy protein spirutein shake with almond milk as my lunch every day along with some almonds/walnuts and a fruit. includes a banana/apple/grapes/strawberries/raspberries or blackberries.

ive also cut out all soda. drink a half galon of water a day.

not starving myself but rather eating healthy. as a result ive lost 12 lbs so far. im eating about 1400-1500 calories a day.

already very pleased with the results. ever since cutting out the frozen meals soda and junk food i have tons of natural energy, my brain works way better, and i look better.

goal is back to 105 lbs to get rid of nearly all my fat. at that point i will start light work out of cardio and light muscle building. enough to re it looks good and like natural muscle but not huge and weird.

Nah, it's a pound m8. kg they use 7,000kcal since a kg is 2.2lbs, so roughly double. But, that rule of thumb is mostly dis-proven - but in my experience, the rule works absolutely great. If I diligently cut 3500kcal from my weekly diet, I end up losing about a pound a week. I doubt it is perfect, but MFP uses it to estimate how much you should eat and there a tons of people losing weight doing it - and it's estimations 5 weeks ahead are pretty accurate in my experience.

It sneaks up on some people. I mean they have two beers every night that's 400kcal. 18 days of two beers per day is an extra 7000kcal, or 1kg.
Keep doing that and by the end of the year can gain quite a bit of weight.
As they get bigger they get hungrier, and they get hungrier they eat more shitty food with sugars and such, then they crave the sweet stuff. It's a snowball effect for sure.

I can see that to a point, anyways, I don't see how people get as huge as they do either. At some point you'd think they'd say "holy shit I gotta go buy all new pants!"
