I'm a 22 year old young professional who's pretty attractive, but I've got this long bony nose thats kinda bulbous on the end and I'm 110% convinced that I'd be a 8-9/10 with a normal, smaller nose (my jawline, lips, eyes, eye brows, and a generally nice shape to my head/face).

I also have a deviated septum that makes breathing difficult. (amazingly I have a good jaw, chin, etc that don't normally come with "mouthbreather face".

Whenever I get my deviated septum fixed, is it possible I could get my nose fixed too at the same time? Like fixing the crookedness and MAYBE lifting it up so it's not so drooped and looks slightly more natural?

It is. It has a slight depression on it, a risk that I was aware of, and something the doctor couldn't fix. It looks like a normal, feminine nose, so I don't actually mind. It has no more bump and no more excess cartilage. The picture I am using as a reference is much more extreme, mine is not like that. But it is the same principle of this small... Curve?

I'm sure another anon can explain better than me but basically what Saint Mew argues is that weak jaws leave the mouth open and with a weaker jaw, the lower jaw grows downward and the maxilla isn't supported. This causes the weak chin, hooked nose, and ugly rat profile. Mew suggests to chew lots of tough gum to get jaws to be able to support each other and to be able to keep mouth closed. With mouth closed your tongue should be able to support and move the maxilla to a more aesthetic place. The maxilla basically controlls everything so doing this will bring lower jaw forward and cheeks bone will become more prominent.
Just remember chew lots, tongue pushing on roof of mouth, swallow with the correct pattern, and lips sealed all the time.
