If you'd read my first post you'd see I mentioned having a few pairs already, and one of those I do feel like "wow the fit of those pants looks good" about.
The problem is its from Topshop petite range, so although the fit is excellent the quality isn't want I would like.
So I know there are potential fitting trousers out there, because I've found one pair already, but I'd like to branch out with brands for further variety and potential better quality because I'm wearing the shit out of this black pair and I'm concerned they won't hold up much longer.

Where I live there isn't a single place that does alterations because it's a small town so I would have to travel to get any done which is added unnecessary cost compared to just finding another pair that fit like a pair I already have. Which fit like a glove.

So stop being such a turd and just be quiet if your only reply is "tailor tailor", which is just exacerbating my current issue if I get another similar quality pair tailored.

And yes of course tailoring helps, but there's a difference between adding some darts to a shirt or taking up a hem to essentially shaving down a pair of trousers. It's an expensive alteration so if I can avoid it by finding something that fits like I've already found possible off the rack then it only makes sense unless it's an excellent pair pre-alteration. But if the answer is spend more tailoring a pair of trousers than you spent on the trousers then it just doesn't seem worth it

Japanese Uniqlo isn't much smaller iirc. At 156cm/61cm waist I found the pants too big (waist, length, and legs) overall. Things like skirts were fine and fit like the measurements given indicated, but all of their jeans and pants were a good bit bigger. Honestly the bigher cheap brands (Uniqlo, hm, f21, earthmusicecology, etc) are not that small or not much smaller than the western counterparts, excepting the fact that the Japanese store might not carry like XXL
I have no idea where to get relatively inexpensive pants that I won't have to tailor to hell and back; most 24s are too big, and few places carry smaller sizes.
