1. Every time I take them (even if I take more than usual) it takes longer to kick in. Makes it very difficult to predict. If they'd kicked in 30 minutes earlier today I would have been in class.

2. The stomach cramping is ridiculous. If you are a girl, you have probably had cramps. These are worse.

3. Shitting your brains out for hours is exhausting, disgusting, very un-/fa/, and also really really bad for you. It dehydrates you a ton. My potassium was off in my bloodwork last time I did them a few weeks ago.

But they're super addicting and make you feel empty and clean and light so IDK. Every time I take them I tell myself "never again" and then I'll have a panic attack because I feel bloated and take them and the cycle begins again.

couldn't find another pic. but this is be 1.5 years ago after batteling 5+ years of anorexia. in this pic im 1.89 and ca 50kg. before that i have been down to around 40/under 30kg. today i am about 58-60 kg still struggling, but feeling sp much better
