I got my first tattoo close to two weeks ago and most of it hasnt peeled. There is a small portion that is visibly greyer because that part did peel, and so the ink is below the skin.

First thing is to calm down, some tattoos don't peel at all - others peel a lot. Just keep washing it with gentle soap and warm water, it'll take it's course.
Definitely do not pick at it to have it peel faster - it will fall out
