Get a navy or dark gray (not black) single-breased two-button suit with a double-vented back. Assuming you don't want to spend a fortune, order made-to-measure - Black Lapel, Blank Label, Indochino, and Modern Tailor are all options, though note all have their flaws. Indochino is okay but tends to have a weird cut, Modern Tailor is difficult to work with and has limited fabrics, etc. Alternatively, get the same from a good mid-low RTW suitmaker (Brooks Brothers is an okay option, as is J.Crew to a lesser degree). Even if you get it made-to-measure, get it tailored extensively - it should fit you like a glove.

Buy at least three dress shirts (white, light blue, and light pink are all excellent and versatile choices - Brooks Brothers makes phenomenal shirts as long as you aren't buying their outlet brand, Charles Tyrhwitt is an okay cheaper option) and at least 5 ties (cheap ones are available on TheTieBar.com, they are decently made).

For shoes and a belt, get matching black and either oxblood or tan oxfords (or wingtips). Don't go fancy, fancy is for filthy Italians.

Finally, buy a tie clip that doesn't extend the entire width of the tie and iron a real cotton handkerchief into a pocket square and put it in your suit.

The adidas ultraboost series is really good for running as well, but for 180 idk if it's the best option

As someone who actually runs, start out with some fairly cheap, light, breathable THIN SOLED running shoes. You are going to fucking annihilate your first pair of shoes because your form is shit, step two (after getting somewhat in shape) is actually learning how to run (you would be surprised at how hard this actually is)

After you are in shape and have good form, THEN drop money on decent running shoes.
