How do I get this cut? Should I get my hair cut a but shorter and have it grow into this? What do I ask for? pls help

Then, on damp hair, apply some wax or other pre styler like moose. Turn up the heat setting on your hair dryer and blowdry that shit for volume.

Protip: curl clumps of your hair around your fingers and blowdry (on high heat) on the curl to lock it in place. This will stop your hair looking so flat.

Just got this cut, but I'm not feeling it anymore for some reason. I've had this for about two years, and I want some damned variety. Parting to the other side isn't an option because it took two years of training to get my thick hair to stay down like this, and the extra volume from combing it that way makes it pompadour hard.

Back doesn't seem so good to me. It might look better with a haircut (which I'm well overdue) but I've never looked good with it back. I've always had a very high hairline (as you can see) that I expect has receded some in the past few years. I'm not particularly self conscious about it, but I have no idea what I should do with it.

I made a thread about this last night but I didn't get any responses. I'll try one more time.

I made home a home made wax (1/2 Beeswax, 1/2 coconut oil and 2 spoons of olive oil + 10 drops of coffee essential oil).

My scalp was starting to get a little itchy so I decided to look up the effects of beeswax on hair. Apparently it causes build up and it hard to wash out, but I've never felt that before? Before I went to bed I would just wash it out with water. My hair never gets greasy on its own so I would only shampoo every 1 or 2 weeks. It felt as if the water alone was getting the wax out of my hair.

I don't want to cause balding through hard to wash beeswax build up but I want to keep using natural product.

Does any one else have experience with this? I heard using olive oil/dish soap is key to getting it out, but the formula I used already had oils in it. Would that have helped washing it out with just water/conditioner?
