I think it's a matter of elastic, I have the same problem a lot of the time with some sweaters. The sweater hem tends to loosen up as you wear it for a while though.

If I kind of pull down my sweater it feels fine, goes to about my crotch, but it starts to scrunch up. I've seen people in the street with the sweaters and tees kind of "sagging" and I dont know if I should be sizing up to get that effect. I'm 175 and normally take M in sweats and L in tee's
