yellow converse sucks. Its fucking ugly. Use another pair in uni like black / blue or even khaki.
Jumper is weird. Jacket is ok.
Fit is ok overall nothing too long, too wide, etc.
Shoes are the priority imo

Lose the shoes immediately. The denim jacket looks a little large on you buts its ok. Maybe cuff the sleeves. Overall (except the shoes), its okay but pretty basic. Experiment with more interesting textures, i.e. sweater could be ribbed texture or cable-knit or something less flat. This is especially important with just a standard colors scheme. Nothing wrong (discarding the horrible shoes) with your colors (khaki, blue, black, white pretty much go with anything) but again its basic and nothing really matches or pops out. Maybe cop a nice interesting textured navy or cream/ beige sweater and this fit would look nicer.

Those pants are not baggy, the side you are seeing is the side where the fold of the pinroll is facing outward
