Search "emporio armani" in google images and you'll see its flooded with b/w photos of dudes in underwear, god-awful chinese made watches and perfume.

Basically they're flogging the name until it dies or they decide to completely reinvent it. Emporio Armani isn't really much of a fashion brand these days as much as it's a name that sells well with clueless middle class office workers.

basically they just sell bullshit with a well known logo.

because i always was skinny and it's much easier and comfy to maintain your natural type of the body
if i was fat i would have considered being lean
but if i'm skinny i don't think i should torture myself with eating 5-6 times a day

Being skinny requires no effort or control over your diet. just eat 1000 calories and don't overdo the fat intake.

Being ottermode means you go to the gym 5-6x a week, have to count your macros, have to sleep 8h+ a day, maybe bulk --> then cut to achieve the perfect physique, and spend at least 2 years before you get your goal body. Then obviously having to maintain that body through the rest of your life.

Things like these require hard work, dedication and years of it, not just a sustained burst that lasts a few months.

Do you honestly think that a bunch of faggots browsing a chinese laundry dicussion forum would do something that requires that much dedication and effort?

If you lift you're always progressing (unless if you're fucking retarded)
If you're keeping skinny to look pretty in five years you'll look the same, still pretty but nothing has changed and life is all about change

>fun fact
"I don't wanna lift cause I'll have to bulk and lift 6 times a week"
lifting three times a week (2 of your 168 hours) will promote growth
and you don't even have to bulk, gaining half a pound a month is still 12 pounds of muscle which isn't even taking into account noob gains and the fact IT IS A BYPRODUCT OF A HEALTHY STRONGER HAPPIER LIFE

Im not skinny shaming but truely please stop harming yourself and deluding yourself thinking being lean is healthy and /fa/, you'll have a happier life eating properly and excercising

Youre missing one vital point: time investment. I have been visiting the gym for 6+ years. Nowadays I simply go to stay remotely fit. Why? Because working out, as you said yourself, isnt just 1 hour every second day. Theres just too much time investment required that I simply cant be bothered to invest.

I used to do it when I had time. Nowadays I have so little free time that I refuse to burn 8-9 hours on sleeping a day.

>>10543004
>still pretty but nothing has changed and life is all about change
Am I really supposed to tell you that there is an infinite amount of things that are more worth a change than than the amount muscle mass in your body?

>lifting three times a week (2 of your 168 hours) will promote growth
See above. Who are you trying to fool here? People who never lifted? Lifting isnt just 3 times 1 hour. Its 'travel time', meal preparation, down time due to exhaustion, extended sleep etc. Youre easily wasting 14-20 hours more on sleep, at least I used to do. Stop spreading this bullshit fairy tale, that lifting is only 3 hours a week.

>you'll have a happier life
Jesus Christ, pal.

>> No.10543291

Workout is a lifestyle. It's people's matters if they want to adopt it.

Just, I want to clarify one thing : Lifting gives pleasure (endorphines and all of those chemicals), and it really makes you happier. It's a good and healthy lifestyle, but it needs loads of motivation, and fortunately ! It's like everything in life : you give efforts, you get rewards. That's it.

You could reduce down virtually anything we do as a society into something that ludicrous. e.g.:
"Am I really supposed to tell you that there is an infinite amount of things that are more worth a change than the quality of the food you eat?"

It really is. You can't attribute un-fucking your eating/sleep schedule to weight lifting - if you needed the extra sleep from weight lifting, there's a good chance you needed it anyway.

I have three PT certifications, including but not limited to the CSCS.

Let's take, for example, some common routines espoused by /fit/. SS has three exercises a day, broken out across roughly three days a week (depends on your approach). Practical Programming is the same, except explicitly M/W/F. Stronglifts is also M/W/F with three lifts a day. Etc etc. Unless you're falling asleep between lifts, you could complete each workout in 30 minutes - and there's damn good reason to do so, considering the cardiovascular component.

210.

Bench: 315 x 5
Squat: 405 x 5
DL: 505 x 2
OHP: 215 x 5

I'm tested at 10% body fat and continue to cut (so the above lifts are presently a hair lower as a result).

I've lifted for 6 years, man. I could be a drooling fuckwit in the gym and have come out from that with at least moderately decent results and increased weight from muscle tissue.

Not all men have to be "manly" Patrick you know this really well.

Remember Franz? He always wished to look more androgynous but it just wasn't in his genes.

Androgyny is the most /fa/, even back in 2008-2010 we praised it and we rejected /fit/ consistency on trying to make everyone like themselves.

Some people really don't like muscles, such as me and lots of other /fa/ms. That was the norm back then and it is now, /fa/ never changed there. And why should they?

It's cooler to follow your own way than to submit to normalfag American society standards (these don't exist in Japan for example). If you don't like caveman muscles, you don't like caveman muscles.

You should know better being an older fag than me and all.

Subjective, but women are more attracted to v-tapers than fridge mode.

>provide significantly more core strength
Well Arnold had an insane v-taper and deadlifted 700 pounds. You can have a big core and even broader shoulders, you know.

V tapers also look amazing in shirts that fit you well, it just makes it harder to find said clothing.

Oh and to add to this.
>Females have been found to desire males that are normal weight and have the average WHR for a male. Females view these males as attractive and healthy. Males who had the average WHR but were overweight or underweight are not perceived as attractive to females. This suggests that WHR is not a major factor in male attractiveness, but a combination of body weight and a typical male WHR seem to be the most attractive. Research has shown that men who have a higher waist to hip ratio and a higher salary are perceived as more attractive to women.[71]

Your problem is that youre fucking illiterate. The shit youre citing says that a big waist to shoulder ratio is perceived as attractive. There isnt not a tiny bit of research that proves that this applies for any ratio.

A bigger ratio doesnt exponentially increase your attractiveness you fucking mongrel. A healthy man will have an attractive waist to shoulder ratio due to his bone structure. Increasing muscle mass will stay attractive to a certain level but plummet rather quickly.

Wow I pretty much look like this guy, my face is a bit leaner tho. I got scouted by YSL once but never heard back from them, also got scouted by another agency that I never talked to again. How do I talk to YSL? should I send them an email with a picture of me to remind them of my existence or something or did they just not like me?
Should I apply for other agencies? Sorry about the thread hijack.

My body is pretty much like these guys (65 kg) and I'm 6'2, my face isn't 10/10 but neither are these guys faces, the only way my face is objectively inferior to theirs is that I have a slightly upwards nose. It looks good from the side but from the front you can see my nostrils and the til looks a little potatoish even though the nose itself is small. All good other than that but that might be a problem.

Is it awkward to talk back to the agency after several months? They've done runway stuff for HBA and some others I think. And is it dumb to message Ysl after all these months? What should I tell them if I do?

Both scoutings were early this year, any help is appreciated

Maybe I should start my own thread

How do people eat so much food? My TDEE is around 3,100 kcals a day and I need to eat at ~3,600--3,800 kcals a day to bulk.

I'm a 6'5" 145LB skeleton that just wants to bulk.

I'm eating chicken breast for protein, oats for cabs, and almonds for fats.

30% of daily intake is carbs, 40% is protein, 20% is fat, 10% is from carrots and cabbage.

The food tastes fine to me, so that's not the issue. I just get full to fast, how do people eat so much?

For everyone pointing at japan, /thinspo/ levels of thin are NOT healthy.

So they are getting /fat/ and Japan prefers to be thin...

So it's bad. I don't understand your point?

There is both in japan skinny and /thin/inspo levels, both enjoy roughly the same life spans.

It's really not about how much you eat that will make you live longer is what you eat and how you live.

Eating big to then get big (like in muscle) isn't min-maxing life-span.

What we know for sure is that you don't have to be muscular to be healthy.. At least /fit/ levels of big isn't actually healthy.

One is
- eating more than it needs
- eating extra trash opposed to what the Japanese eat, I don't think /fit/ would have a good time getting huge with a Japanese diet

The min-maxed life-span male body probably looks between thin and average, with no muscle from weights since this just exhausts the body bringing it closer to death, just the natural muscle from daily human activities.

I remember when /fit/ was:

/fit/ - Health & Fitness
today is
/fit/ - Fitness
for that very reason I'm talking about, makes sense.

What I mean by this btw is that, there is no need to eat extra. Not even to bulk more muscle. This isn't healthy.

Just eating the right amount our bodies need. Skinny people come closer to that than /fit/ people, since skinny people live longer than both fat and /fit/.
