I have the Saint Laurent chelseas with 4cm heel, and no one has ever commented on the heel except my self :P If you have the confidence to pull cuban heels off, then 4cm heel chelseas look great, just make it look natural.
Also it feels a bit weird walking around in them if you're not used to high heels, but you get used to it :))

I have the wyatt chelseas in black leather, and I love them, great quality, fit, silhouette and all that shizzle. I'm not that big a fan of suede chelseas, since kanye dickriders have kinda ruined them for me, but if you get the wyatt chelseas in suede it should be fine and too KTT-core.
I've been eyeing the harness wyatts in nut suede myself, unfortunately I just can't spend 1k on shoes right noow :'(
