OP the leather quality is shit (that's my biggest complaint, honestly), the boots are made in china, and the boots aren't as well constructed as some pricier boots

I've been wearing the 1460 Ajax boots for a few months and get lots of compliments on them. They are much better than the normal 1460s imo

i'll never understand this. its a sweatshirt. people are willing to pay $150 for a basic cotton sweatshirt that they beleive is amazing quality. i will pay 30 dollars for my ll bean sweatshirt that looks identical, and i can pretty much guarantee it will last just as long.

But I've got a friend who's worn almost exclusively docs for the 3 years I've known her and she looks goofy without them
I think you just can't wear them if you're not big enough because they'll look like clown shoes. Most of the people on /fa/ can't wear them because they're too skinny.

I think the outsole is the best part, to be honest. Docs are very comfy if fitted correctly. I do wish they had a full leather lining and nicer leather, but at their price point they aren't bad at all.
