Ye, it looks a lot like the Rothco milsurp combat shirts in its cut. I think just a small pinroll for the sleeves would be fine. Whatever will put as little slack in the arms. The swelling of cloth in your shoulder area is not the best. A traditional cuff roll I don't think would look good, definitely not the way you're doing it now either I wouldn't say, but it's hard for me to tell.
