The ugly ones are the too big ones (if you are under 30) light beard is awesome, I can show my square chin & jaw without being clean shaven.

I would only recommend thick beards to people with ugly jawlines.

I don't get people implying there's anything wrong with having a beard to accentuate your jawline or hide a bad one. It's like saying you shouldn't have a haircut that fits your headshape, or clothes that look good on your body.
