For the Asian kid, I'd do everything I could to slim out his face, so no bob cuts or pixie cuts or anything like that. It's almost a joke to say this at this point, but the shorter on the sides, the better. His face is already round, adding more roundness won't do him any favors.

For the girl at the end of the /cgl/ thread? The colors would absolutely have to go, they are too ~alternative~. There's also way too much going in terms of layering and length, so far as I can see, making it look a bit too scene for my taste. I'm sure a lot of her current style is designed to specifically balk her ethnicity, but I think if she let her hair be more natural (and maybe wavy), she'd be a lot fucking hotter.
