I had a TWSBI mechanical pencil, because my friend got a Rotring 600 and I didn't want to be a poser, this issue happened to me all the time and I just gave it away

I have bought all of them used and paid about 20 to 60% of the retail price for each of them, I collect fountain pens and that is just the Montblanc part of my collection

Apart from ebay I also use Rakuten, Yahoo auctions and look around at the various of second hand shops in Tokyo, though you can only use those websites if you live in Japan

You can get some really good deals on ebay though but watch the fuck out for all the fakes floating about, but once you become familiar with the brand it is very easy to weed out the fakes
