I'm going to suggest you go with girls leather monkstrap shoes; you might as well go all the way in that direction if you're leaning there anyway. Vans and other generic, american style sneakers are going to look bad, in my opinion. You have to be careful when wearing schoolgirl socks along with that skirt anyway because you'll sort of look like you're cosplaying. This is surprisingly hard; I think avoiding generic sneakers (Vans, Converse) is a good start. Consider simple black leather shoes (rounded toe, I imagine you have small feet). You could also consider tennis sneakers. I'm not overly sure how leather sneakers would work for you, but you could always try them on (Stan Smith is a basic example, despite not strictly being 'tennis' sneakers). Alternately, to either of these, I would recommend low shoes like pottery, color I don't really know, though.

Of the ones you've posted, Dr. Martens are the better option.

I don't have black Converse tops, I only have dark green ones. i bought them on a frenzy because they didn't have black ones and I regret it to this day (I don't have that much money to throw around).
But given the fact that good Converse are a must have in every wardrobe, I'm gonna have to buy new ones sooner or later, black high tops are next.
