They might have a lower IQ on average, but that doesn't have anything to do with black people having an inherently inferior gene. On average, blacks don't have access to the same kinds of resources whites do. There are connection and treatments white people get just for being white in a white-dominated society. Since blacks tend to be born into less-affluent neighborhoods they tend to attend less prestigious schools. These kinds of things really add up when you look to compare people's IQ, you really need to consider as wide a range of factors as possible.

Not even new-lib sackdraggers, in all of their anti-intellectual glory, still back the theory that 'everybody is equal in every way'. At most, they'll support a very vague notion of tabula rasa.

No matter how many studies and tests are done that show that when taking a pattern-recognition test some races score significantly higher than others, discriminating one way or the other for/against an individual due to their race is wrong. It's no better when the state does it, it's no better when academia does it, and it's completely pathetic for you to do it.
