seattle's pretty cool. i just did a year at the evergreen state college, which is like an hour out, so i'd go there for concerts/etc. very high population of new money asians, i'd say at least a third of the population would pass for basic on /fa/, or at least the population that hangs out in the city. some really cool stores, too, totokaelo is bomb.

I'm moving to Montreal in September, anyone know what to expect with the fashion/culture there? Any cool shops or clubs to check out?

I really hate living in Florida but Miami has a ton of cool shit to offer. The art districts are expanding and good music is finally starting to replace some of the techno/house bullshit that we're known for.

If you're under 30 there's a good chance that you're good looking and well-dressed. And even over that, people are still usually attractive (and wealthy.) My only gripe is that some people can be bitchy and stuck up, so I tend to bum around the areas that are more down to earth I guess. The bars are great and we have the best hole in the wall places to eat and drink out of any other city I've visited.
