whatever you do, dont get roshes for running, it was one of the worst mistakes of my life. Cant remember if it was the first day or the first week of running in them and i tripped over the high heel sole and fucked up my knee, not to mention i slid a few feet in the process, shredding the palms of my hands and bruising my stomach.
I got lunar flyknit free 4's but i havent had an opportunity to test them out yet.

Those are casual shoes that you can run in, not actual running shoes. I'd throw on roshes or flyknits and sprint to class if I woke up late, but when I actually want to put on miles I do it barefoot.

this, but go to an actual specialty running store. they will measure your foot , reccomend you the correct size per shoe and let you run on a treadmill to test them out.

been running 10 miles every other day, with 5ks and lower mileage days inbetween. I'm young so my body can take it pretty well, Ive been doing this for about a year, probably more. Also play soccer
