you need to get some major motivation and use that to starve yourself

after the first day or so its really easy

tbh i think i feel best when i am not eating, i feel very clean and pure

before you know it, two weeks will pass, u have lost 5 pounds and from there on, its a piece of cake

if u need to treat urself with a small bag of chips or a chocolate bar like, once a week, then thats fine. it will help you in the long run. just don't over do it. obviously, avoiding this all together is recommended. a small 300 cal unhealthy snack is better than getting depressed and giving up

coffee and cigs just distract you from your hunger and act as a treat mentally. so like, if u want something and water isn't cutting it, drink like 500mg caffeine or something. if u smoke weed or w/e, thats cool too. just having some kind of crutch is great for weight loss.

In terms of cutting tips I think as long as you eat healthy and do a lot of cardio your weight should drop. Just be honest with yourself, especially your diet. Make a list of everything you consumed daily if you need to.
