I'm a production manager for TV commercials. A typical job for me is 2-6 weeks in an empty office bay where I need to bring all kinds of stuff, laptop, binders, etc. It's cool working in different locations all the time with different people on different projects, but there is zero job security and you're always wondering if this is your last paycheck for a while, but it's a good day rate while you're working, and I'm kind of the boss for a bit, so that's neat. My next gig I should be working with a tank and a monster truck, so that should be interesting

I was in the military and now i work as an outdoor recreation guide. I use that exact pack quite often, but I dress.. outdoorsy (cargo pants, hiking shoes, fleece top) anyway if you want less tactical but high function maybe a small hiking bag like link

It's a MOLLE daysack, it's designed for military use. The little straps all round the front and sides are for attaching extra pouches to it i.e. gunner or med pouches. It's made of 1000 cordura, it's fucking strong. I use that daysack for runs with about 30kg in it and it holds up well.

It doesn't really scream anything, it's just a daysack.
