I hope you mean never under the knee as in, don't be ghetto with shorts four sizes too big. I can't fucking stand wearing shorts that are above my knee while standing so that when I sit they are a third way up my thigh. Looks stupid and childish. I wear shorts that are at my knee, not past or before it.
