How short are we talking? If you have an inch or so you should be able to tell. Generally tho if you're full black you're more likely to be in the 4's, if you're mixed you're probably closed to the 3's, and if you're 2 or lower you might be in the wrong thread.

I've been using pic related (Luster's S Curl Activator) for a week now and I can confirm it's pretty good. By far the best moisturizer spray I've owned. It's cheap, smells nice, last decently enough, and truly penetrates and moisturize my hair.

Maybe I'm just exaggerating a bit since the last ones I've come to try were shitty, but this one is a huge difference from those.

tbh I don't even remember exactly because I've been using a relaxer for a while now, but I believe it works just fine for every type (it's just for moisturizing) "curls, waves, and natural hair". I always apply hair products while my hair is wet so I can style it easily and better. I would say it stops looking so wet and pass to looking soft and nice after a half-hour after applying it.

i wouldn't use olive oil daily. maybe every three days or so. it can easily build up and lead to greasy hair and an itchy scalp

honestly the loc (or lco) method has been working really well for me. i do that about every three days and seal with olive oil, and my hair's usually plumped back up in the morning with just water. i completely soak it everyday though. so that can be annoying when you don't feel like showering or holding your head under a faucet. but the spray bottle may be good enough for you. just wet your hair and add a leave-in conditioner. i use pic related

i try using regular conditioners that can also double as a leave-in, so that the product doesn't build up too much over the course of a couple days. a wash out conditioner will dissolve better in water than a conditioner that's only meant to be left in. try different methods and see what works best for you. good luck

3 pounds boneless pork shoulder, cut into 3 equal pieces
Kosher salt
2 tablespoons canola oil (if including the optional browning step)

Basically this. If I didn't wash my hair for a day or two then I'd get dandruff, then I went through a stage of just washing with water to see if the claims of shampoo being damaging was true. I saw no real difference other than my hair retained more oil and felt less coarse right after washing. Lastly, some hair loss is normal. I think it's like 80 strands a day? So if you're coming out of a protective style there's actually lots of strands that... how do I say.... detached from your scalp? But they didn't fall out because they were caught in the twist. So it's normal to have a bit of hair come out when you undo a style you've had for a while.

I've tried so many different things and miracle products don't exist. I use stuff from the shea moisture line because it's cheap, supposed to be mostly natural and can be found almost everywhere

I wash my hair like once a week with sulfate free shampoo but you can use a shampoo with sulfates once in a while if your hair's feeling really dirty. I always deep condition after shampooing, do the lco method and for about two-three days afterwards my hair's really soft and curly. I only use water and a little bit of leave-in everyday until I wash or co-wash again. Pic related moisturizes really well but I only use it when I lco because it builds up. And YO finger combing is the best thing. I rarely use a comb

I got my hair sectioned first by someone ,after that I just kept twisting and ripping,
