OP, if you just want girls, go to a more upscale bar/club for a single night.
The guy's getting the most ladies are either wearing muscles, or oxford+jeans/chinos/whatever.

If you want to stop dressing like however it is you are, just visit some inspo threads, maybe find a few fashion blogs that appeal to YOUR tastes. Slowly build from there.With some confidence and not completely bullshit clothing (that /fa/ thinks is neato), you'll be set.
