the description they give makes it sound all nice and fancy, but it's just as easy to write something similar about a pair of old navy shorts

"air texturized cordura nylon" is just a special kind of nylon yarn. cordura is typically used in outdoors materials because it's tear and abrasion resistant. "air texturized" doesn't really mean a thing besides that they blasted the nylon yarn with high speed air. it adds a different feel, that's about it.
