here's my consensus on the more popular brands thrown around here based on what i've bought:

really slow, took maybe a month from placing the order to getting to my house. furthermore the actual garments they use are dirt cheap, boxy unfitted, and just unpleasing to the eye and touch. if you particularly like one of their prints you can go for it, but know that the only redeeming quality is that they offer minimal, less autistic designs

cheap prints (as in low quality)! the heat transfer print t-shirt i made in art class came out better than these. you can't feel anything if you run a finger over the print. all colors, especially blacks, don't come out nearly as bold as the digital mockup thumbnails imply. additionally they fade even more after first wash. MAYBE you could get away with a minimal print that uses light colors only.. but i really wouldn't recommend them, you'd be better off saving the pictures/recreating or vectoring the art yourself and getting it printed elsewhere

i got one jacket from them a long time ago, and it's bad. literally not what was pictured. the one i received was made of a different material which in turn was a different color, and even something as minuscule as the drawstrings weren't even the same. shipping was slow too. they even sent an email to me [and presumably all their other customers] a while later apologizing for any poor service and offering a coupon code for next time. as of late their style has drifted from straight up weeb anime stuff to an obnoxious tumblr interpretation of post-net/vaporwave which i personally find cringeworthy.
