Don’t shampoo. Use a bit of an oil based pomade, or the buildup from the previous day if you can still feel it. I guess this depends on your hair type but comb it back, parting above the arch of your eyebrow. If it’s long enough on top, like 8 inches, and you run your hand through it a bit, it’ll sort of fall into the look. Like>>13254659 said though, it probably won’t look great unless you’ve got great facial structure. It can also get messed up pretty easily and look iffy even if you do have good facial structure, like pic related.
