I was wearing navy chinos and brown suede chukka boots.

I wanted a coat that could be worn with more casual clothes as well as when wearing suits for when I finish uni. I don't want to look too casual (jeans and t-shirt) nor do I want to go full on business-core (extremely formal suits here are pretty much limited to lawyers and bankers) but find a happy medium ground. I know I still have a lot more to learn when it comes to finding that balance though.

Yeah, I always get something altered, most usually arms (legs too, because pants always come in raw length).

I'm fairly short and skinny, which is the only reason I'm considering this suit, otherwise it would be ~5-10 cm too short.
