I'm doing cleanser, vitamin C serum, moisturizer, retinol, and I'm still breaking out. Then I use spot gel and it really doesn't work that much.

I'm tired of this. I'm 26. I'm too old for this.

What diet do you guys follow? I think that's probably the main issue. Just a general guideline of what you guys eat in a day/avoid eating would help, thanks.
