I need undershirts for work

Would a nude colored v-neck compression shirt or wife beater be best? I want something that doesn't bunch up (hugs my body), v-neck so it doesn't show at the collar, and brown so it's not visible through my white dress shirt.

I've tried banana republic undershirts but they're not very tight.
