school started again and I'm taking classes that require me to be on my full attention, but I get sleepy when I don't eat. I've been eating a bigger breakfast and a small lunch, and supplement with all my vitamins throughout the day to stay alert.
Breakfast today was a sprouted grain tortilla and scrambled eggs with spinach, ~300kcal if I overestimate. sipping on lunch right now which is coconut water and some ginger tea. Feels pretty comfy 2bh

do you guys supplement with anything besides a multivitamin? I've been very into turmeric lately
