But yeah there was a point in my life when I realised how weight training was stupid, useless and even loud, noisy. I used to weight train back at school and had really good results, thought I look good. Went into boxing and realised how much I really sucked seeing lean, muscular guys having twice as much stamina as me, doing excercises that seemed hard as fuck easily, fighting real good etc. There was a gym in the same building and some guys used to come for a couple of mins and punch the bag a few times, some of them (really big scary bald fucks) would ask to participate in sparring for 1-2 mins and my couch almost never let them unless they asked real hard. The gym guys would feel confident and start punching hard and stuff, then in like 30-40 secs they would get knocked the fuck out for being chicky by a skinny dude who's 2/3 of their weight or even less. I kept going to my school gym along with boxing and once my couch just asked me why do I do it.
