guys i dont have a lot of money, and i saw these online for 14 dollars. most other shoes are at least 100 dollars + here, how bad are they?

i'm trying to fix my wardrobe from the time of graphic tees and shit clothes back in gymnasium, it's just hard without money and a sense of fashion. i've gotten some basic jeans and basic tees but i find it hard to make whole fits, with shoes fitting, a good looking jumper or something, and ive got no good looking jacket because theyre so expensive to replace
