I'm drinking coffee and tea (no sugar, no sweetener) during the day, plus lots of water. My breakfast consists of coffee/tea + one slice of rye bread with butter. In lunch, which I usually skip, as sometimes I lack money/time, mostly consists of salads. At night I usually have the same from the morning.
I timed my meals so they fit my uni schedule and avoid my hunger as much as I can.
Thanks for the advice though, I've been thinking it could be I'm not consuming enough protein during the day. If that were the case, what low-calorie foods would you recommend?
