I shower every day, shampoo every other day, and condition every once in a while.

I honestly don't have a set schedule and kind of have just developed a sense of what I need to do to my hair and when.

I've gone through a lot of different hair products, not through experimentation just because my family buys whatever, and I haven't really noticed a difference with any of them.

Sorry for the lame reply, I just don't really put that much thought into it anymore and it still looks okay.
