Pic related, Bean Boots by LL Bean. Also known as "duck boots" because dudes used to hunt duck in them or something, these are my go-to boot for fall/winter/spring. They also look like ducks.

Personally, I think these are effay, but also very usable. These boots probably have the most utility of any /fa/ item I own. They stay warm for long periods covered in snow, unless your feet fucking sweat.

Put fucking mink oil on the leather to waterproof them. Slightly darkens the leather and increases your smithing skill by 3.

LL Bean will even resole your fucking boots when you fucking wear the soles out.
