i have brought probably close to 200+ misc items off AE at this point
i have used customer protection/refund about 5% of the time..missing items, wrong items etc
every single time it was a full or partial refund, no questions asked. Personally I dont ask for full refunds unless the item is obviously missing, but I dont think they would care either.
