Excellent. Mealcucks with NEVER know that feel. Absolutely the longer fasting period helps burn more fat, keeps energy levels consistent and when you do it you get to eat to fullness but since your stomach isn't all stretched out from the day, for lack of a better word, you reach fullness with a reasonable amount of calories and feel very satisfied. Your tastebuds are "detuning" and will be more sensitive, allowing you to taste more delicate flavors. Fruit is literally candy now. Try some different ones if you want to get more fruit, there are mellower tasting ones. Some apples will be too much, so gotta avoid stuff like granny smith (which is very tart) and red delicious. Maybe try fuji.

I missed you too. I see there are A LOT of mealcucks coming to this thread now. Must be the post-New Years rush.

>all these cucks cry about eating disorders: starving through the day and even falling for the binge purge meme
>crying every time they have big dinners and friends in town
>meanwhile, I use intermittent fasting and literally breeze through my weightloss and can have big dinners WHENEVER I want
>tons of energy from the short fast and I get to prepare the finest in meals to make sure I get all my nutrients with the least amount of wasted time

Yes

Whatever works best for you. I like dinner, but I know some people who like a big morning meal.

CICO is based on the first law of thermodynamics, but we are not a single compartment model like CICO implies - we are a two compartment model of immediate energy and long term energy stores. CICO also implies that all calories affect the body the same, which is not correct.
https://intensivedietarymanagement.com/obesity-solving-the-two-compartment-problem/

Also with intermittent fasting you can eat a bit more because:
-When we fast, insulin decreases dramatically (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/15640462))
-Levels of growth hormone may skyrocket during a fast, increasing as much as 5-fold (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC329619/ and http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/1548337))
-During fasting the nervous system sends norepinephrine to the fat cells, making them break down body fat into free fatty acids that can be burned for energy (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/12107252 and http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/10837292))

With regard to casein protein, if you have too much it can actually spike insulin. When you want to get thin, you want to enter the fasted state as quickly as possible, so a slow digesting anything would probably not be as helpful for you before bed. Now if you want to bulk up, the needs are different because you want to constantly be supplying your body with EXCESS and bringing those BCAAs to your cells for muscle tissue repair.

Sorry I missed this. I was enjoying my nightly feast. Tonight I prepared roasted iron bark pumpkin in a butternut squash soup, followed by a confit of loch duart salmon, lemon verbena, orchard apple and sorrel. For my next course I had a free-range hens egg, served over watercress, jabugo ham and toasted hazelnuts. Then a highfield farm quail over beetroot gratin, grains and leaves. I polished the evening off with a soft toffee over bitter chocolate on a crumbly shortbread, with a splash of salted butter ice-cream.

>mfw mealcucks are afraid to eat a slice of bread while I eat like a KING
