Is there an actual name for these kind of shoes or do I have to call them "low vamp loafers"? What do you guys think of them in general?

Also, recommended brands for this shiz? They're kinda hard to find.

I was able to buy a cheap pair from a thrift store and they look amazing with just basic tee + pants. It helps that I'm asian though.
