You're probably fine just using CeraVe like everyone else here. If you're getting breakouts because of your hair + glasses, you might want to try cleaning both more often. It might not seem too harmful now, but you won't want to have scars when you're older.

I've tried Eucerin as well and it's not as effective as Amlactin but is really similar. If you can't get Eucerin where you live, look for lotions with ammonium lactate as an ingredient.
