UPenn here (ivy league university of pennsylvania, not the penn state pedos).

It ain't that /fa/. I did undergrad here, got a master's with my undergrad together in my 4 years, now I'm still here for med school.

Lots of foreigners because they pay full tuition so the school makes money off them.

Lots of generic prep outfits.

No fashion school at this uni so not much explorative/interesting clothing.

I wore all custom shit to my med school interviews, 5-button surgeon's cuffs ALL OPEN so the bitchez hang like wizard sleeve, outrageous pocket square, pants too tight, didn't shower the morning of so I smelled like shit and oh jesus I was nervous the night before so I didn't get much sleep at most of mine. And paired with a Rollie GMT2C to piss more ppl off.

I got rejected by a buncha places, possibly due to my interview attire/behavior (goddamit 4chan, I misheard some woman and thought she said she was a "pediatric gynecologist"). I got into some top places still regardless, I'm currently at UPenn, which was #2 behind the H-bomb when I was applying.

Don't overthink it, just don't be all materialistic and outrageous like me (I'm from Vegas so I kinda had to reprazent my hoe-mtown nawmsayin) and pretend to be a little altruistic nerd. You'll get in.

Philly ain't the worst but depends what you're used to. If you're a West Coast suburban sprawl kinda kid like me you may not like it. Almost no Hispanics, it's Jewniversity of PennsylvAsia, aka Jews + Asians.
