I've seen plenty of people in this thread say that macs are the only "fashionable laptops" and that's why they buy them. In reality, having a fashionable laptop doesn't matter. And if someone tells me that all they're going to do is word processing and web surfing, I'll recommend a chromebook rather than assume that they want to buy a laptop for 1200$ or more. Personally, the one chromebook that I've ever used felt pretty nice for a 200$ laptop. Also, it seems like many people in this thread are university students, instead of people who own houses with nice appliances and furniture. They shouldn't be scraping all their money together to buy a used macbook for 800$ when they can get a brand new windows PC for the same price.

I can't tell if you're being sarcastic from that last line, but I can see how navy shoes go with black jeans. But, I don't see how they go with the top that's green red and white.
