I do. I used to high bar squat 315 to 345 on a weekly basis 2 years ago but it places such an ungodly amount to stress on your body. It really hinders your ability to do much of anything else physically that's not weight training.

My leg weight training revolves only around high rep front squats, RDLs, and high rep BW lunges.

There is literally ZERO reason to use the Olympic grip when front squaring unless you are training the clean and jerk. Just use the standard "bodybuilder" / cross arm grip or

Protip: wrap lifting straps around the bar and use them as handles

>this is what calflets actually believe

Your calves won't grow from haphazardly throwing in 3 sets of calf raises once or twice a week. Learn optimal/correct foot biomechanics for different running distances and start running on your toes

Also, THEE most effective training method for actually growing calves is to climb on a stairmill with a 45lb weight vest only using the balls of your feet to climb. Do this at least 3x per week.

Pic related...my joocy legs
