Fuck lads, I don't know what to get with a $4k usd budget. I'm after something I can wear every day to my job on a heavy industrial site (off the tools)

It's hot as fuck, so a leather strap is a no go. I just don't want it to be fucking huge. Obviously a dress watch is out of the questions since it would look weird while wearing hi vis clothes, every other style I'm open to
