do you consider it important that it's worn with a suit?

i was thinking bout going for more of a raws button down type look, what's a better coat for that look do you reckon?

Question for DIYers

I'm lazily taking in a pair of chinos that have a good fit in the top block but are loose from the top of the leg down. Would it be better to take all the extra fabric in at the inseam, all at the outseam, or half at each part? Previously, I've had the problem of sewing at the outseam causing the packets to jutt out kinda unnaturally.

How many of your clothes actually get damaged? I mean I hear all the time how cheap clothes get ripped or torn all the time but honestly in all my life the only clothes that have been damages were ones I accidentally lit on fire, and long pants that would drag on the ground. And I've bought lower middle class Target teir clothes most of my life.

Shit, I've bought shoes from the dollar store and only stopped wearing them when they got too small.

I don't even practice safe washing. Separate clothes by color, wash on the same setting every time, only adjusting water level. Timed drying. The fuck do you people be doing with your clothes mayne?
