Ok, here's the thing. I've found it before on a site called Alibaba, but I checked the archive and the link is now dead. It is definitely a backpack you can get from Chinese shopping sites. If you want the exact one, what you can do is take pic related and try the reverse search through the Taobao app (most Alibaba sellers source their shit from Taobao). Warning, if you order from Taobao you'll need a shopping agent.

It's just a rucksack tho, so you can prob find similar through Google if that ends up not working out.
