I own these boots, they're leather but not normal leather it's sort of textured, almost like suede.. but mottled? I don't really know how to describe it. All I can find on the description is "Leather"

I want to know what the proper name for it is, if it exists, and how to care for them without damaging the look. I've only worn them a few times but they have a couple of little scuffs and blemishes I'd like to get out.
