For general health advice I recommend people stop consuming polyunsaturated fats such as seed oils

For advice regarding increasing energy I recommend taking zinc (ideally with added copper), magnesium and d3 (ideally with added k2). Many people are deficient in these elements which balance hormonal regulation. ZMA is a popular trademarked version of zinc, b6 and magnesium and there are many stories online of men finding it beneficial for general energy and function. Lifting weights will also help in regulating your hormones and boosting your testosterone, giving you more energy and a greater feeling of vitality. Calisthenics works also - just some kind of resistance training. Meditation is good for the mind also (clinically proven but you have to do it consistently and regularly). Anyway I'm glad you've enjoyed my posts

start eating more, not all at once but slowly but surely. make sure you're maintaining a positive calorie count by the end of the day. get on /fit/ and start doing basic body weight training. trust me you'll enjoy your body much more than you do now. I wasn't nearly as light as you are but I was underweight for a long time intentionally.

Start now, the gyms will be flooded upon lockdown ending, giving you all the more reason to procrastinate. Many people shy away from working out due to fears of looking bloated, but have no idea that the effort and time and drugs needed to reach such a physique is insane. Calisthenics is perfect for getting a slimmed, toned body.

Focus on columns 1-5. Horizontal pulls can wait until you've bought gymnastic rings. Planks are a joke unless you have zero core strength.
You must have a pull up bar, but if you don't a mop over two chairs or even just a table will work.

Start by doing the hardest exercise you can from each column for 5 reps. Move on when you hit 3 sets of 8-10 reps.

You are free to divide the exercises over a week however you choose. For beginners, recommend AxBxCxx
A: pushing movements
B: pulling
C: legs
x: rest

When you start out, the muscle ache will be killer. This is normal. Good luck.

since nobody here is interested in lifting weights, here's a calinsthenics progression chart I found

I know that feel, I cried myself to sleep last night after I pinched my stomach and realised just how much extra flab I was carrying

I tried eating to satiety for a month or two because I believed that it would fix my constant hunger, instead I gained a fuckton of fat and I'm STILL constantly hungry. I really really want to go on a 1 month long fast/PSMF but I'm trying to build muscle at the minute, every second spent in this body is an existential crisis

ohwell, I got a hormone+mineral/vitamin bloodtest done and apperantly my levels are out of normal range so I have a follow up appointment tuesday, I'm really hoping that it's going to explain my insatiable appetite

It smelt like chocolate cake and tasted like a cold soggy one too

also I had a whey shake before the oat casein soggy cake thing

>Big no. Cool diverse and multi culti black/white keyboard though.
thanks, the keycaps are cheap as fuck though and feel like ass though, can't find double shots with the same color scheme

Yea, you could be leaner, but it wouldn't help at this point to lose weight, unless you already had more muscle, to cut the weight to. Though you don't, so find out your find your lean mass, which is what you are now , then multiply .75 by your pounds, eat that amount of protein, then do a rigorous calisthenics program. This will make your peak natural musculature come out, and not bulk. You can find cheap protein on amazon, or eat more chicken. Also, do some cardio in way that does not interrupt recovery.

these are really bad, OP. Doing situps won't give you abs; this is well-known. Hop on an actual bodyweight routine like pic related if you want any results at all, and make sure to eat clean and up your protein intake. You're probably fat so eat less while you're at it.

Exercising can be fun and it improves just about everything in your life. You just need to find something that you find tolerable and what fits in your schedule.

How much of this chart can you do? You should be able to do at least half of this if you "do calisthenics" as you say you do.
