>mix some water and detergent in a cup
>rap a soft cloth(I used a ripped up tee) around your finger like pic
>dip finger in mix and scrub away
>use water to rinse off detergent, it's rinsed when it no longer has that slick soapy feel
>air dry, I hung mine on door knobs.
